Take time out for yourself at Our Yoga Retreat on Portugal's West Coast

We’re here for you! Since 2018, our 7-day, 6-night yoga retreats, open from March to November, are thoughtfully designed to help you relax, find peace of mind, and deepen your yoga practice. Reconnect with yourself and recharge while enjoying nutritious, homegrown vegetarian food—all in a small group setting with a familiar, loving atmosphere. Experience the joy of having someone else take care of you and discover how transformative a one-week getaway by the sea just for yourself can be. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

We are a small, familiar retreat featuring 5 rooms with private bathrooms. We grow our own fruit and vegetables in our big garden behind the house and the beach is just 500m away. Read more about our facilities here.

Yoga and vegetarian meals are the base for all of our 6 nights/ 7 days retreat programs. Combine it with meditation, add some surfing, a massage or coaching and create wonderful memories. Click here to find out more about our offer.
